
Mark Moore grew up on a farm in the Missouri Ozarks. He completed his undergraduate education at Northeast Missouri State University (now known as Truman State University) in Kirksville where, as a student, he was instrumental in starting a campus ministry for the Central Church of Christ. Upon graduation, Mark remained in Kirksville serving the church as the Campus Minister. He married Colleen Tuley who was also a student leader in the college ministry. After serving together for four years in campus work, Mark became the Preaching Minister.
In 1998, Mark and Colleen moved to Normal, Illinois. While working full-time as an Associate Minister, Mark graduated from Lincoln Christian Seminary with a Master of Arts in Historical Theology, and began serving as the Senior Pastor of Living Hope in 2009.
Mark and Colleen have four grown children and seven grandchildren. Colleen has her Masters Degree in Physical Education/Teacher Education from Illinois State University and works as an physical education teacher at Glenn Elementary School in Normal.
They enjoy hanging out with their kids and with friends, outdoor activities of all kinds, and reading.
